- Do some cardio workout together with your stomach toning exercise. The cardio workout will help you lose the extra fats in the different parts of your body so you will look great from head to toe.
Aside from doing tummy toning exercises, you should also eat the right kind of food to stay fit and healthy. According to experts, you cannot build your muscles without taking in enough protein, so make sure that you eat well. Also, see to it that you drink plenty of liquid.
