Burning Stomach Fat

If you are one of those people who simply do not have the time to go the gym and exercise, do not lose hope. There are easy and practical ways of burning stomach fats without going to the gym. In fact, you can easily incorporate some fat burning exercises right into your daily routine. To help you get rid of those stubborn fats, here are some quick tips for burning stomach fat.

  1. To start burning stomach fats in the morning, you should do some stretching before you get off the bed. To work out your stomach muscles, raise your arms above your head, stretch your legs straight to their full length then raise your legs up slowly and feel your stomach muscles contract. You may count slowly from one to ten before you put down your legs back on the bed. You may add variations in this routine by rocking your raised feet from side to side. Rocking your raised feet will help work the muscles on the side of your stomach. To get good results, repeat this exercise at least 10 times. This exercise should not take more than 10 minutes of your time.
  2. As you get off the bed, take deep breaths. When you inhale, suck in your stomach as much as you can. You do the same thing when you exhale. According to experts, breathing exercises are perfect for burning stomach fat so suck in that air. Continue this breathing exercise as you move around the house.
  3. Burning stomach fats while in the shower is possible. To do this, place your feet firmly on the floor to make sure that you do not slip. Extend your arms in front of you and then put your hands firmly against the wall. Draw your stomach in towards your spine as you exhale. You should feel your muscles contract when doing this exercise.
  4. When drying yourself after talking a shower, use your towel as an exercise tool. Twist the towel to create a sort of rope, hold one end of the towel in your right hand and the other end in your left hand then slung the towel towards your back. Once the towel is on your back, stretch your arms on your sides while grasping the towel tightly then bend your body from side to side. You should feel some pressure on the side of your stomach when you do this exercise.
  5. On your way to work, you can still continue burning stomach fat while on the train or on the bus. To do this, simply suck in your stomach and squeeze your abdominal muscles.
  6. Once you get your office building, do not take the elevator. Climbing stairs is a good way of burning fats so take the stairs and workout your muscles up.
